Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Products All our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this personalized production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hwwaspl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll evaluate the issue and, if approved, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective item to us. In most cases, we can resolve quality issues by sending you a new product without requiring you to ship the original item back, saving you time and hassle.
Quality Guarantee We partner with Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand service, to ensure high-quality printing and production. If you're not satisfied with the print quality or if there's a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you to make it right by sending you a replacement product.

Cancellations Since production begins shortly after you place your order (typically within 2-5 business days), we can only accept cancellation requests if your order hasn't entered production yet. Please contact us immediately at hwwaspl@gmail.com if you need to cancel. We'll do our best to stop production, but once printing has started, we cannot cancel the order.
Change of Mind Because all products are custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, size, design, and shipping address.
Refunds If your claim is approved for a quality issue and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approving your claim. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer law. However, please note that custom-made products (which all our products are) may be excluded from this right. We'll assess each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window (3-7 business days for Australia, 5-14 business days for international orders), please contact us at hwwaspl@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement if your order is confirmed lost.
