Processing & Production Time
All products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Once you place your order, production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with Gelato to fulfill orders from production facilities closest to your location for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact. Shipping times vary by destination:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 5-14 business days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We use reliable carriers including DHL and Australia Post to ensure safe delivery.
International Orders - Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside Australia, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important information about international shipments:
- Customs charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost
- You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country
- Delivery may be delayed if customs clearance is required
- Customs policies vary by country - we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific requirements and potential charges
- Refusal of delivery due to customs fees will not result in a refund of shipping costs
We declare the full retail value of your order on customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values to avoid customs charges.
Order Tracking
Please note that tracking updates may appear in bursts, especially during weekends or with economy shipping options. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, this is normal and doesn't typically affect your delivery timeframe. Tracking may show delays during customs processing for international orders.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and arrange a replacement if needed. Please note that delays due to customs processing are outside our control.
